  Example:  

    `signal(0 )` creates a reactive variable initialized to 0.  

    Access the current value by invoking the signal as a function, e.g., `count()`.  

    Update the value using `count.set(newValue)`, triggering only necessary DOM updates.  

Unlike RxJS, signals do not require subscriptions, which reduces complexity and potential memory leaks.
